I am saddened by the tragic shooting at the city facility yesterday morning. City Manager has already issued a detailed account to city employees about the incident, and the Mayor has released a public statement. Please keep those injured in your prayers for complete recovery, Mr. Peterson who was a bystander and Sgt. Sloan who was wounded responding to the situation. The families of the two individuals (Mr. Cobb and Mr. Haizlip) who were killed should also not be forgotten, as well as the whole city 'family' that has been impacted.
